What’s the affiliate program?

A flat 10% commission for plan managers, support coordinators and parent/carer groups on every order from families you refer. Note: allied health professionals can’t take per-sale commissions on clinical recommendations under AHPRA codes, so we offer a 10% trade discount instead.

What’s the Tween Period Underwear Bundle?

Five pairs of leakproof tween period underwear in one size, plus 10 intimate wipes and a wash bag. The pairs are reusable: wear by day, wash overnight, rotate through the week. One bundle is the complete cycle setup, not a monthly resupply. $99 RRP. Sizes 8-10, 10-12 and 12-14. Plan-managed orders invoiced direct.

Is Fanzy Pantz NDIS-registered?

Not yet. We’re focused on serving plan-managed and self-managed participants well first. Registration is on our 2027 roadmap. For agency-managed participants, we work with NDIS-registered resellers and can point families to the right one.

How quickly do you turn around plan-manager invoices?

Inside two business days. Urgent? Note it in your email. Amanda monitors the inbox and can usually turn an urgent invoice around same-day.

What’s the minimum for the trade discount?

No minimum on the 10% first-order discount for OTs and continence nurses ordering on behalf of clients. Ongoing wholesale arrangements are case-by-case.

Can you ship directly to the participant?

Yes. Express shipping, tracked. We can include a packing-slip-only invoice (no pricing visible) on request. Useful for participants who prefer discreet packaging.

Do you have a wholesale program?

Yes, on application for NDIS-registered resellers wanting to stock kits for agency-managed participants. Email Amanda directly via the form.
