RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Fanzy Pantz, we comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds are handled.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns

We offer change-of-mind returns as a goodwill policy.

To be eligible:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• The return request must be made within 60 days of purchase

Change-of-mind returns are not required under Australian Consumer Law.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact support@fanzypantz.com.au as soon as possible and include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos where applicable

Where a product has a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement.

We cover all reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

How to request a return

Email support@fanzypantz.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is faulty or damaged.
