How does shipping work?

All orders are shipped from Brisbane via Australia Post. Standard shipping is free on orders over $50. Express shipping is available at checkout. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. Click the link in the email to follow your delivery. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, check your junk folder or contact us at support@fanzypantz.com.au.

Currently we ship within Australia only. International shipping is coming soon - sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

Is period underwear safe for young sensitive skin?

Yes - our underwear is soft, stretchy and made without harsh materials. Our intimate wipes are gentle and individually wrapped. The heat patches are air-activated and drug-free. Everything is chosen with young, sensitive skin in mind. Our underwear is also PFAS-free.

Are the period kits good for school?

Absolutely - that's exactly what they're designed for. The waterproof pouch fits discreetly in a school bag or locker. Everything is organised and ready when she needs it - she can manage it herself, quietly and confidently, without having to ask a teacher or call home.

Can I return or exchange?

Yes - unworn items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons we're unable to accept returns on worn underwear, but if something isn't right we'll always work with you to find a solution. Contact us at support@fanzypantz.com.au and we'll sort it out.

What size should I choose?

Our underwear is sized to Australian clothing standards. Choose the size that matches your daughter's or your current clothing size. If you're between sizes, go up - our fabric is soft and stretchy so comfort always comes first. Visit our full size guide for measurements and guidance.

How do I wash period underwear?

Rinse in cold water after use until the water runs clear. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Hang to dry - avoid the dryer and fabric softener as these can reduce absorbency over time. That's it - simple enough that she can do it herself.
