You’re bound by AHPRA codes that prohibit per-sale commissions on clinical recommendations. We respect that.

Our program for clinicians is different: a 10% first-order trade discount when you purchase on behalf of clients, plus bulk-buy stock arrangements for clinic shelves. Same value, no ethics conflict.

How long does my code last?

As long as you’re active in the program. We review activity once a year. Codes that haven’t been used in 12 months are retired so we can recycle them, but you can re-activate any time.

Is there a minimum payout?

$50. If your monthly commission is under that we roll it into the next month so there’s no admin overhead for tiny payouts. You always see your running balance in our monthly summary.

How is tracking handled?

Through your unique Shopify discount code. Every order that uses it is attributed to you, full stop. No browser cookies, no expiring links, no third-party app to install.

When are payouts made?

Within 5 business days of each month-end, by EFT to your nominated AU bank account. Or hold the balance as inventory credit and use it for stock purchases. Your choice.

Can our organisation receive the commission as a donation?

If you’re a registered charity or community group, yes. We can pay direct to your organisation’s account and provide a statement for your records. Talk to us about how you want it structured.

What if my code is shared widely (e.g. on Facebook)?

That’s the point. Codes are designed to spread. We don’t cap usage. The only limit is our standard one-discount-per-order Shopify rule.

Do I need to be NDIS-registered?

No. The affiliate program is open to plan managers, support coordinators and parent/carer groups regardless of NDIS registration status. We invoice families and their plan managers; commission comes from our margin.
