How does period underwear actually work?

Fanzy Pantz period undies use built-in 4-layer leakproof technology to absorb your flow and lock it in - no pads, tampons, or cups required. Depending on the style, they hold up to 25ml (4–5 tampons' worth) and wick away moisture to keep you cool, dry, and fresh for up to 10 hours. Just wear, rinse, wash, and rewear.

How do I wash and care for my period undies?

Easy! Rinse them in cold water after use, then pop them in the machine on a cold wash. Line dry only — no fabric softener or tumble dryers (they mess with the absorbency). All Fanzy Pantz are PFAS-free, OEKO-TEX® certified, and reusable for up to 2 years.

Which style is best for heavy flow or overnight?

For heavy flow or sleep-ins, we recommend our Boyleg, High Waist, or Lace undies - they offer full front-to-back gusset coverage and hold up to 25ml. Looking for extra comfort or cramp support? Our Pain Relief style includes a pocket for heat patches.

Can I wear them to the gym or while exercising?

Absolutely. Our Seamless and Bamboo styles are perfect for movement - breathable, moisture-wicking, and built to stay in place. They’re designed for moderate flows and make a great leakproof alternative to liners or tampons during workouts.
