Machine wash on cold in the included laundry bag with similar colours.

Skip the fabric softener or bleach — it can affect absorbency.

Air dry flat (not in the dryer) to keep the layers performing their best.

    I love this kit

    So my mum gave me this kit for my birthday. I was a bit surprised by what was inside. At first I thought I was too old to get something like this but now I have this bag in my gym bag all the time and keep replacing the wipes and heat patches. I love that there are pockets inside the bags to store the wipes. I also put spare undies in there too. Such a great idea.
